You will closely collaborate with various internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
You will be directly contributing to the successful delivery of key 2024 initiatives (2024 Claims North Star and Operations delivery agenda) and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Main responsibilities:Conduct detailed process analysis to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.Facilitate strategic planning activities, including work shifts, automation initiatives, and process improvements.Support data and performance management deliverables to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.Engage in deep analytical tasks to enhance decision-making capabilities within Claims Operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor operational improvements.Maintain, simplify and streamline up-to-date central Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices or process documentation as required.About the TeamThis role is based in Madrid, but part of a dynamic, driven and diverse team of professionals spread around the globe.
