Main Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the team, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives, including expected recoveries. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive overall productivity. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, continuously seeking and introducing new ideas and best practices to enhance operations and achieve better results. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination, communication, and reporting, fostering a collaborative environment that supports project success. Main Requirements: Work experience of approximately one to two years in project management.
Experience in the financial sector or debt recovery sector will be considered an asset. Advanced level of Excel is needed to handle data and reports. Advanced level of Spanish and English to communicate with international teams. Analytical skills to analyze project data and metrics, enabling informed decisions and adjustments to enhance performance. Planning skills to develop detailed plans, establish milestones, anticipate potential obstacles, and have contingency plans in place.
The ability to adapt these plans to changes in reality is essential. Ability to work both autonomously and in collaboration with the team and other national and international departments.
