Your new role You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy through process improvements, while also driving financial planning and analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.
Amongst your main tasks: Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Drive Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare forecasts and financial plans, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with production, sales, and finance teams to gather data, create reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certificate (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
+7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, operational control, or data management roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
