We are currently seeking Operations Specialists (German, Italian, or French speakers- English being the operational language) to join our dynamic Operations team at Service Club. If you're someone who thrives on challenges and seeks growth opportunities, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
? Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
? Proactively identify and manage operational risks, proposing pivot/contingency plans when necessary.
? Conduct in-depth analysis of current operations and processes, utilizing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
? Innovate and propose new strategies to enhance efficiency while upholding quality standards.
? Develop proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge analytical technology and external and internal tools.
Requirements:
? Fluency in English and one of the above-cited languages (German, Italian, French).
? 2 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably within a startup/scaleup environment AND/OR master student in economics, engineering, law, mathematics, or other related studies
? Adeptness with technology and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
? Proficiency in Excel, G-suite, Tableau, or Looker.
? Strong negotiation skills and a keen ability to manage risk effectively.
? Exceptional attention to detail.
? Solid quantitative and analytical capabilities.
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (in the languages that you're proficient in)
? Ability to propose innovative plans to drive improvements and solve problems
