About the role of the Room Operator: Ensure coverage of reports and maintenance within the rooms, common areas for guests and staff, thereby achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives of the department.
What will you do in this role? Utilize the HotSos computer system to address the requirements of different departments.Attend to room reports, prioritizing those in occupied rooms or requested directly by the guest.Participate in daily briefings to be informed of relevant points of the day, V.I.P.s in-house, arrivals, events, etc., anything that may affect your area or the department.What is necessary for this role? High school education or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years experience in the operational maintenance area of luxury hotel rooms.Experience in residential repairs and installations (faucets, toilets, fixtures, etc., drains).Experience in finishes and execution of painting on wood, metal, walls, and ceilings.Experience in drywall and marble repairs.Work safely, prudently, and organized.*This job requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico and Spanish is essential.*
