The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the OpenEU Quality and Management Office, effective day-to-day management of the Alliance, its quality assurance, technical and financial management, including the preparation and execution of external funding applications.The selected candidate will join the UOC and become part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team with significant international exposure, providing support to the European entities that are part of OpenEU.Responsibilities:Coordinate the OpenEU Quality and Management Office to ensure proper implementation of the project and financial and administrative management in collaboration with OpenEU members.Provide support in the management of the OpenEU alliance and report regularly to the OpenEU Secretary General.Support all Work Packages to ensure deliverables and outcomes meet OpenEU quality standards and compliance requirements.Support the implementation and monitoring of the OpenEU Quality Assurance plan and the Ethical and Green Digital plan.Monitor the project work plan, risk management, activity reporting, and contract management for grant and consortium agreements.Participate in consortium meetings and provide support to alliance partners on project management issues.Plan and track project expenditure and change management.Perform tasks related to document registration, maintenance, and closure.Schedule and monitor the delivery of scientific-technical, financial, and audit reports.Ensure compliance with OpenEU policies and European Commission regulations.Search, identify, analyze, and report on funding sources and calls for proposals aligned with strategic directions
