Based on the guidance provided by the Head of Operations Network Strategy, the Financial Analyst (ONS) performs financial analyses related to planning and executing Network Strategy. This includes:Creation of ONS scenarios for production network and supply chain flowsIdentifying business opportunities or making investment recommendationsFinancial modeling and spreadsheet maintenanceThe Financial Analyst (ONS) will be responsible for preparation and performing modeling and analysis to support Operation Network Strategy planning and execution. The holder of this position will oversee analysis to support development in line with the planned operational network strategy.The goal is to provide data-based guidance for designing supply chain flows, production network strategy, and to facilitate make or buy decisions.Main Responsibilities & Tasks Creation of ONS scenarios including supply chain flows scenario, calculation of resulting capacity utilizations, COGS, service level, and NPV analysisMake or buy analysisIdentify business opportunities and make investment recommendationsFinancial modeling and spreadsheet maintenanceDeveloping investment thesesSupporting preparation of management presentationsPerforming ad-hoc analysisSupport with automation of reporting and department-specific processesQualifications & Skills Master's degree (Finance, Economy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering)Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry, preferably in finance or supply chainMinimum 2 years of experience in project management, formal project management training preferredGood knowledge of manufacturing processes and related technologies, GMP certification preferredExperience in supply chain preferredLean and Black Belt certification preferredCross-functional managementAbility to work in a multicultural and international environmentGreat analytical skills, excellent communication and relational skillsMastery of ISO 9001 and GMP standards and proceduresVery good knowledge of financial and office software (Microsoft Office, MS Project), experience in SAP preferableBusiness trips (up to 25% of the time)We look for employees who would like to grow with us and move the innovative life sciences sector forward.
