In this exciting and versatile role, you will develop and lead the global product strategy, push commercialization and manage the entire lifecycle of the global milling portfolio. You will be playing a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, driving the worldwide market introductions of existing and new milling materials and solutions. You will work closely with diverse development, marketing and sales teams, growth leads, group brands and partners to ensure successful product integration in interdisciplinary workflows and treatment protocols. This highly cross-functional and collaborative role requires high energy level, strong ownership, strategic thinking and a great facility to build bridges between different functions, teams, and brands in a global and multicultural environment.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement the global strategy, roadmap and related insights.Own the portfolio roadmap (including lifecycle) and ensure the development of differentiated solutions addressing market requirements and customer pain points
