To support this growth, we have an amazing opportunity for a passionate Account Executive to join our hyper-growth Embedded Analytics team.Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, Embedded Analytics, you'll work closely with other Account Executives, Marketing, and Pre-Sales technical teams to qualify prospective partners, align around key sales stages, and facilitate compelling proof of concepts and business cases, where necessary. (COMPANY NAME)'s embedded offering provides foundational technology for our partners to commercialize people analytics for their end customers and advisory practices. You will own and control all aspects of the sales process for our embedded product, focusing on new Confidential-based clients. This requires prospecting and building a pipeline, networking internally and externally, building and growing relationships with stakeholders, articulating our products' unique value proposition, and negotiating commercial terms.What You'll be Doing:Own and control a list of prospective accounts for (COMPANY NAME)'s embedded People Analytics product across key verticals, including HRIS, Payroll, Acquisition, and Management software and service providers.Achieve annual sales quota based on both Annual Contract Value and Potential Future Contract Value.Focus on planning and preparing by utilizing effective research techniques to identify customers' strategic priorities and aligning (COMPANY NAME) value.Listen and learn to understand the unique business challenges your prospects are facing, and align (COMPANY NAME)'s award-winning solutions accordingly.Guide packaging decisions and go-to-market strategy for each prospect.Boldly address financial and budgetary blockers with prospects whenever needed; offer creative solutions and confidently challenge their current ways of thinking about budget and build/buy/partner considerations.Demonstrate learning agility to continuously improve as an Account Executive and develop and implement innovative pipeline growth activities.Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members across the Embedded Analytics team throughout the entire sales process, positively contributing to a high-performance sales team and culture.Health and Safety at (COMPANY NAME):(COMPANY NAME) is committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for our employees, customers, and community.
