OOP DeveloperAs part of the pioneering Materialise Medical team, you will be responsible for implementing features and ensuring they meet rigorous medical software quality standards, resulting in a product that is used by hundreds of surgeons around the world.

What you will doParticipate in technical discussions and bring new ideas to the tableDesign, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our software components and servicesOwn the quality of your code (i.e., unit tests, TDD, and other test methodologies)Work with product managers, functional analysts, and architects to design and specify new features from the engineering standpointEmbrace and use state-of-the-art new technologiesAuthor internal tools that improve the team's quality and productivityContribute to the positive, solution-focused, and creative team spiritWork closely with other software engineers to optimize the design, quality, and functionality of the productYour profileBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fieldGood understanding and practical experience of OOP, OOP Design Patterns3+ years of industry experience designing, building, testing, and shipping softwareExceptional problem-solving skillsCoding skills in Typescript (will be a plus)Mathematical background (i.e., understanding of Vertex and Matrix algebra) (will be a plus)Proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishDesire to work in teams where collaboration and knowledge sharing are the way to meet common goalsAbility to see your contributions as part of a larger teamLocation and type of contractBarcelona, SpainFull-timeHybridMid-senior level
