The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, create demand, and drive tangible business pipeline.
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing, this senior role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to be very hands-on.
They will need to build a deep understanding of our target audience and the buying journey they take, they will then lead and develop campaign strategies, build strong campaign narratives, and seamlessly coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver with creative and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign strategy, development and execution, cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for storytelling, and innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
What will you be doing? Campaign Strategy & Execution: Translate high-level business goals into a full funnel integrated campaign programme, driving execution across different owners within the integrated campaigns team.
Specifically, own and create brand-building and top of funnel demand campaigns from end to end, in support of driving brand awareness, lift and demand generation at a global level.Lead the development of the campaign calendar: Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Comms, Events, Social Media, Product Marketing & Digital Marketing to build integrated campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and Media Planning agency to determine the right channel, audience and content mixes in support of campaign goals.
Collaborate with creative, paid media, product marketing, sales teams, external partners (agencies, where relevant) and leadership to define objectives, messaging, oversee creative development and ensure cohesive campaign execution across all channels.
