About the role Brite is looking for an inspiring and business-driven People Director. The role is a key role within Brite, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the management team. The People Director is responsible for developing and driving the people agenda, being a key partner to the executive team. You will lead a growing People team of four with the primary aim of contributing proactively to Brite's vision creating business value through effective employer branding, talent acquisition, people experiences, operations, and organisational management. You will shape and enhance our people agenda contributing to a seamless employee experience.
