The role is a key role within Brite, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the management team. The People Director is responsible for developing and driving the people agenda, being a key partner to the executive team.You will lead a growing People team of four with the primary aim of contributing proactively to Brite's vision creating business value through effective employer branding, talent acquisition, people experiences, operations, and organisational management.
