Key Responsibilities1st level support at the Service Desk (Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change management) with ticketing systemOn-site support for users in the branch office in MadridPoint of Contact for 9 other European branchesResponsible for IT tasks within the employee entry/exit processesManagement and administration of user accountsInstallation and administration of PCs and notebooks with Microsoft's Endpoint ManagerInstallation and administration of iDevices (iPhones, iPads) with Microsoft IntuneCollaboration in regional IT projects (software and hardware rollouts)Collaboration with 2nd level support teamsAdvising internal specialist departments on IT issues and identifying, describing and implementing local training measuresPurchasing IT goods and servicesMaintenance of knowledge databasesRequirementsCompleted vocational training/studies in information technology or several years of professional experience in a comparable environment (lateral entry possible)Ideally first practical experience in first level support or service desk in an international environmentRequired technical skills/systems:Operating systems: Windows 10/11Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive)Knowledge of ITIL service management processesCooperative team player, with the ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to new requirementsAgile, pragmatic, solution-orientedGood interpersonal skills with a calm demeanor when dealing with difficult situationsExcellent communication skills, customer-oriented to provide first-class serviceFluent in English and Spanish.
