You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems for our clients.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in IT support and excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage network connectivity and troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues.
Assist with setting up and maintaining servers, user accounts, and security protocols.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and software.
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
Document technical processes, issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with remote support teams, when necessary, to escalate and resolve complex problems Requirements Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and email configurations.
Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software problems.
Strong understanding of IT security practices and user management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Candidates must provide a clear criminal record no older than 3 months.
