(We are supporting our client, Ikono, to find a great OTAs Sales Manager to work in their offices in Madrid. Check it out) Mission: The IKONO OTAs Sales Manager will be responsible for building and developing relationships with the main OTAs in international markets.
Outcomes:
? Manage IKONO's business relationships with OTAs. Full commercial ownership and relationship management.
? Acquire all the relevant OTAs in each market.
? Cultivate relationships with OTAs to help maximize our sales on their platforms.
? Negotiate and close all commercial agreements with OTAs.
? Market research and analysis to know all the relevant OTAs that are operating in each of the IKONO's markets.
? Build and develop a strategic Account Development Plan and associated budget forecasting to deliver business development
objectives.
? Monitor customer performance internally (internal reporting) and externally (by organizing regular business review meetings with OTAs).
? Coordination: work closely with all the IKONO departments to implement the strategies oriented to increase the revenue and
profitability within the OTAs platforms.
? Oversee and empower our growing OTAs team, guiding their development, setting clear objectives, and facilitating collaboration to
achieve collective sales targets and organizational goals.

Technical Competences/ Experiences: ? Relevant experience and high familiarity with OTAs in tourism industry and travel products.
? Business understanding: thorough understanding of current players and trends in the travel tech and online industry.
? Bachelor degree in Tourism or related field preferred.
? Fluency in English and Spanish, minimum level C1 required. Other European languages would be a plus.
? Work experience in a startup/scaleup/fast paced international environment would be an advantage.
