Join us as an Online Marketing Manager in our Barcelona office.SEO Optimization Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and implement necessary optimizations.Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.SEA Management Develop and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.G., Google Ads, Bing Ads).Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy to maximize click-through rates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies and budgets as needed.Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging landing pages for optimized conversion rates.Online Presence and Visibility Collaborate with the teams to create and optimize website content that aligns with SEO best practices.Optimize online presence on Social Media, notably by doing videos of the teams, video content, etc.Identify opportunities for link-building and outreach to improve domain authority.Manage online directories, social media profiles, and review platforms to enhance brand visibility.Implement strategies to increase organic traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online channels.Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience in online marketing, preferably in a similar role focused on SEO and SEA.Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.Familiarity with paid search advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.Proficiency in using SEO and web analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in a second language, particularly French, is a plus.Knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends and developments.Benefits Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Opportunity to learn from talented and experienced marketers.Your voice counts and we want you to be a part of Adkomo's success.
