These activities will focus on our work in the Straight of Gibraltar (SoG), specifically in Spain and Morocco.
With the help of the CoE Change Management Team, you will drive and execute on the SoG change management plan, providing input on what is relevant and feasible.Your tasks will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:Change planningStakeholder analysisChange impact assessmentRisk managementChange communicationSparring on trainingPulse surveysProvide training in the ADKAR Framework to project membersIn addition to driving the SoG change management track, you will contribute to the continued improvement of the change management approach and toolbox across T&I, DFDS's Technology and Innovation division.

In your day-to-day life your direct report line will be towards the Senior Change Manager.About youWe are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of managing change within complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
