ONE EUROPE: Enterprise Architect LeadCountry: SpainWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGONE EUROPE is looking for an ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT LEAD, based in our offices in Spain, Portugal, UK, or Poland.Our One Europe vision is to create a better bank, where our customers and our people feel a deep connection with Santander, while at the same time generating value for our shareholders and society.Responsibilities:Lead the EDA (European Design Authority) for European projects, ensuring the right architecture and Edelweiss compliance, aligned with Global IT Stack and Domain reference architectures.Guarantee that the European regional tribes architecture deliverables comply with high standards for all technical solutions and components.Coordinate with Local DA's (Design Authorities), supporting the European countries on their IT strategy adoption plans.Establish the architecture requirements of One Europe shared services as well as external providers.Identify opportunities to improve models and processes across technology and architecture lifecycle.Follow market technology, benchmarking, and industry trends and their implications for the overall IT architecture.EXPERIENCE:8+ years of experience in large scale technology environments.Good understanding of the competitive landscape within Global Bank / Financial Services and business models.Understanding disruptive technologies and their potential impact on the business.Expertise in managing and influencing large scale change programmes.Deep experience in business/client and data orientation.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Strategic thinking and planning.Knowledge of digital technology and ability to execute transformation.Leading by example to create a clear sense of team identity and mutual trust.Encouraging the team to seek out challenges for extraordinary results.Adaptability to multicultural environments.Highly customer-oriented attitude.Strong communication and influencing skills.OTHER INFORMATION:Availability for frequent travel.Proficiency in English.
