MAIN PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP
We are seeking talented individuals who are excited about working in a fast-paced environment, who want to learn new skills, and who aren't afraid to tackle big projects. As an intern with us, you will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working on real projects that will help us grow and you develop.

Interns and entry-level employees support business operations under the supervision and mentorship of a dedicated sponsor. You will be working in an incredibly fast moving business, and have the opportunity to make valuable contributions and at the same time developing broad skills and experience in a commercial setting gained through the internship.

MAIN DUTIES
The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of an Onboarding Support Intern:

Support our community of freelancers and agencies as a part of their onboarding: complete tasks & forms, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and work with other teams to ensure that people are able to join and start working for Welocalize
Answer questions online through written English raised by our freelancer and agency workers
Enable our workers to access and utilize necessary systems when errors and issues occur
Help improve guidance, processes and tools used for the above tasks
Troubleshoot problems and work with teams across the business to resolve issues permanently
Report on progress and highlight any blockers to the above areas of ownership.
REQUIREMENTS:

Education Level
In pursuit of a bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:

Demonstrated time management skills through college work to date.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent multi-tasker.
Up-beat, positive, can-do attitude.
Motivated self-starter.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for course work to date.
