Onboarding Specialist (Marbella/Malta Or Remote)

We deliver a high quality service, working closely with businesses and candidates alike, acting as a real "HR Business Partner", offering HR Advisory and matching the "right" candidate with the "right" job.  Our client, a rapidly growing Consulting and Advisory firm specializing in the iGaming industry, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing onboarding applications and ensuring compliance with KYC/KYB procedures.
This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge and maintain relationships with global payment providers.
Responsibilities: Submit and manage applications for Electronic Money Institutions (EMI) and Payment Service Providers (PSP).
Develop and sustain strong partnerships with global payment solution providers, facilitating seamless communication and operations.
Oversee KYC/KYB processes, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements for all partners.
Evaluate and understand corporate documentation for vendors across various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements: One or two years of experience in the banking sector, a payment service provider, an iGaming company, or a similar role within an investment firm.
Strong understanding of corporate documentation requirements across different jurisdictions and familiarity with complex corporate structures.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
