Joining our team means being at the forefront of the digital revolution, helping businesses worldwide achieve their technological and operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding: Oversee the seamless integration of Signaturit's solutions within customer operations, ensuring efficient project execution and successful adaptation.Technical Analysis: Evaluate existing projects, both from functional and technical perspectives, to identify and document key processes and areas for improvement.Resource Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal resources throughout the project execution phase, ensuring alignment with project goals and efficient use of resources.Monitoring: Continuously monitor project timelines and deliverables, identify potential risks or deviations, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and overall results to both Signaturit management and customer key stakeholders, maintaining transparent and effective communication.What experience and skills do I need?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in project management, preferably in tech or software implementation projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess both functional and technical aspects of a project.Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and directing teams towards success.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (B2/C1)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.Which benefits do we offer to our team?Working hour flexibility (Mon-Tues 08:00-10:00 / 17:00-19:00, Frid 08:00-10:00 / 15:00-17:00).Intensive working day on Fridays, July and August.Catering service at the office.Health insurance with family discount
