Your daily work will include tasks like these:Ensure a smooth transition for newcomers through the company's onboarding processCoordinate with various departments to provide necessary training and resourcesTake care of paperwork and legal documentation and make sure they are completed correctly and on timeMonitor the progress and address any questions or concerns during the onboarding phaseContinuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practicesIdeal ProfileYou speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).Experience in customer support and sales is an advantage.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
