Position Overview: We are seeking a persistent, organized, detail-oriented, and values-driven professional to join our team as an Onboarding Coordinator. This role reports directly to the Onboarding Manager and will collaborate regularly with the recruitment, operations, and compliance teams. The successful candidate will conduct a high volume of follow-up calls, manage onboarding processes, and ensure compliance before the first day of work. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with drivers to remind them of their appointments and complete their onboarding paperwork and training requirements Conduct a high volume of outbound daily follow-up calls. Manage onboarding department email inbox and applicant tracking text system Review drivers documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy Support incoming calls on department number. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: 1 year of full-time remote work experience Proven experience with high-volume phone calls (at least 1 year). Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. At least 18 years old. Working computer with a camera and microphone. Reliable internet connection. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Fountain. Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls. Attention to detail for managing documents with expiration dates. Capability to navigate multiple technology platforms. Transferable skills from sales, human resources, or fast-food backgrounds.
