Descripción del empleoJOB SUMMARYIn your role as an HR Generalist, you'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like recruiting, training and document generation for our Network of Rental Stations. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you will also act as point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESConduct end to end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external rolesOversee employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, opportunities for development, data changes requests, etc., in a timely and professional mannerPromote HR programs to create an efficient workplace where issues are tackled rapidlyUndertake tasks around performance managementGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesEnsuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment statusUpdate Talent Management tools within your scope of responsibilityProduce and submit reports on general HR activity as neededAd hoc support with budget monitoring and payrollEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptlyEnsure compliance with labor regulationsPrepare different documents that come from the employee life cycle (offer letters, data change letters, end of season communication for seasonal workers, etc
