The Sales Specialist within Inetum is responsible for meeting the assigned quota by selling to new and existing accounts in Iberia countries. The Sales Specialist interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. This includes business planning, account engagement activities, various pipeline development activities on a daily basis, and following up on incoming or self-generated leads, confidently articulating the need and methodologies of Inetum.
The Sales Specialist will need to have a good understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) market and be able to discuss openly the Inetum vision and capabilities around the CCaaS platform (Genesys, Sprinklr, Salesforce Service Cloud). The Sales Specialist must also demonstrate a strong and proven background in enterprise sales and have a demonstrable track record in successfully closing large and complex projects. This position will report to the Omnichannel Director.
Requirements:5 years plus in a successful enterprise sales roleExperienced in enterprise salesExperienced in extended sales cycles on large deals, SaaS, and subscription proven track recordExperienced in working within a defined and structured sales methodologyKnowledge in Genesys Cloud, Sprinklr, Salesforce platformTravel as required
