.Job Description This role encompasses a comprehensive responsibility for maintaining content quality and consistency across various digital platforms to enhance user experience and support content marketing goals; this includes developing and upholding global editorial standards and guidelines to ensure all content reflects the brand and customer voice, creating and implementing a strategic taxonomy and tagging system for efficient content organization, and managing the implementation of metadata standards to ensure accurate labeling (PromoMats, Veeva Vault, CAD, DAM).
Additionally, the role involves collaborating with global business units and cross-functional teams to align on taxonomy standards, providing training on best practices for content categorization, leading the implementation of global content-related projects, and continuously monitoring content usage metrics to optimize relevance and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities: Editorial Oversight: Develop and maintain editorial standards and guidelines for content creation, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand voice across all content.
Taxonomy and Tagging Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive taxonomy and tagging strategy to organize content.
Content Metadata Management: Manage the implementation and maintenance of metadata standards, including defining and applying metadata schemas, attributes, and tags to ensure accurate and consistent content labeling.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with taxonomy and tagging standards, providing training and guidance on best practices for content categorization and tagging.
Measurement and Optimization: Monitor content usage metrics to improve content relevance and accessibility.
Education: University degree in Health Science from an accredited institution.
+2 years of relevant work experience (especially in Pharma).
Experience: Required working experience in the Pharma industry in Digital Marketing (digital channels, digital scientific content, omnichannel campaigns).
Technology-savvy with computing and telecom expertise.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial skills, as well as ability to influence senior management decision-making.
Cross-functional expertise and ability to thrive in a highly complex and matrix environment.
Strong project management skills and business acumen.
