Job DescriptionThis role encompasses a comprehensive responsibility for maintaining content quality and consistency across various digital platforms to enhance user experience and support content marketing goals; this includes developing and upholding global editorial standards and guidelines to ensure all content reflects the brand and customer voice, creating and implementing a strategic taxonomy and tagging system for efficient content organization, and managing the implementation of metadata standards to ensure accurate labeling (PromoMats, Veeva Vault, CAD, DAM).
Additionally, the role involves collaborating with global, business units and cross-functional teams to align on taxonomy standards, providing training on best practices for content categorization, leading the implementation of global content-related projects, and continuously monitoring content usage metrics to optimize relevance and accessibility.Responsible for ensuring content quality and consistency across digital platforms, ultimately enhancing user experience and supporting content marketing and information management objectives.Editorial Oversight: Develop and maintain editorial standards and guidelines for content creation, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand voice across all content.Taxonomy and Tagging Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive taxonomy and tagging strategy to organize content.Content Metadata Management: Managing the implementation and maintenance of metadata standards, including defining and applying metadata schemas, attributes, and tags to ensure accurate and consistent content labeling.
