For our Digitization, Organization and Strategy department, which is responsible for the digital transformation of the city administration and the city society, we are looking for a Project Manager for the Introduction of an ERP System .The Hanseatic City of Lübeck is becoming a smart city ( www.Luebeck.De/digital ). The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is responsible for coordinating its digital transformation, managing activities in the city administration and promoting cooperation between active players in Lübeck.Responsibilities Planning, implementation and management of the city-wide digitization project for the introduction of a central ERP software.Development and implementation of central regulations and standard processes impacting the entire administration.Managing and coordinating an interdisciplinary project team.Managing external service providers and holistic stakeholder management.Risk management and developing solution strategies for potential problems.Independently procuring necessary software components and consulting services, including carrying out procurement procedures.What is Expected Completed academic university degree (Diploma University / Master's degree) in business or administrative informatics, computer science, economics, technical studies or a closely related field.At least several years of experience in the implementation of ERP systems in a management position in the public sector or large companies.Basic knowledge in e-government.Knowledge of cross-divisional administrative processes.High level of customer, team and results orientation, independent working style, and strong communication skills.Ability to work under pressure with fluctuating workloads.What is on Offer An attractive living environment in Lübeck with around 220,000 inhabitants.Working in a committed team in the mayor's and city policy environment.A role that allows you to actively contribute to the digital transformation of Lübeck.Good cooperation, mutual trust, independence and loyalty.A centrally located workplace on the Old Town Island, five minutes from Lübeck Town Hall.Flexible working hours and a secure, family-friendly workplace.The average regular working week is 39 hours, evaluated according to pay group EG 14 TVöD.
