We are looking for a systems specialist from an HR background who is passionate about data, providing great service, and can think holistically across the HR functions.
Knowledge when it comes to Core HCM and Recruit in Workday is key.
This role could be based in Barcelona, Stockholm, or London.
Your Role within our Kingdom:Reporting into the Manager People Technology you will:
Provide consultative guidance combining both system expertise and process knowledge to advise on configuration and ongoing support related to Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) and other global Core HR processes.Provide support for HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and standard operating procedures.Partner with HR to develop new policies and procedures to ensure optimal effectiveness of HR Systems.Create, maintain, and deliver HR Systems training to the HR community.Support HR Technology projects including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training, and change management.Partner with HRIT on all Corporate initiatives that directly impact HR Systems.Complete special projects and other duties as assigned independently.Skills to Create Thrills:Experience working in a live Workday production environment is essential.Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM and Recruiting is key.Intermediate knowledge of Workday Performance is a plus.Solid understanding of HR systems and operations.Analytically minded with the ability to use data to inform decisions.Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.Strong project management capability and personal organization skills, in particular, delivering against projected timelines.Excellent communicator both written and verbal with the ability to translate technical information to simple language and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.Focus on security and confidentiality.Can spot opportunities, curious about data insights, and proactively seeking insight and answers.Use critical thinking to create innovative solutions.Ability to thrive in a complex, unstructured, ambiguous environment.Tenacious yet collaborative.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and creative environment.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.About King:King is the game developer behind the world-famous Candy Crush franchise, as well as mobile game hits including Farm Heroes, Bubble Witch, and Pet Rescue.
