Key ResponsibilitiesAdministering users and their corporate IT equipment and associated softwareProviding support in-person and remotelyTroubleshooting and resolving user issuesImplementing user change requestsHandling support tickets, logged by users, in a timely mannerIdentifying and tracking end user hardware and software needsRecommending IT solutions that meet business needsPerforming advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deploymentMaintaining hardware/software inventoriesCollaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesCollaboration with external vendorsRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related fieldGood knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft's technology: Windows 10 / 11, O365, Intune, Active DirectoryGood organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasksBasic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and securityAnalytical and problem-solving skillsEase of learning new technologiesVery good English skills (both spoken and written)Ability to communicate at all levels#J-18808-Ljbffr
