Job Description:- Location: Fully remote, EU timezone (CET + / - 2hours)- Languages: Anglais courant- Our Client: Cloud Computing / Blockchain / AI - European SaaSPrerequisites:Responsibility for financial strategy within a European and international development framework.Daily interaction with international teams and partners.Contribution to the company's expansion into new financial markets.More than 10 years of experience in high-level financial roles, preferably in the FinTech sector, start-ups, SMEs, or mid-sized companies.Responsibilities:Construction and supervision of the annual budget in collaboration with international teams.Proactive management of cash flow, financing, and investments on a global scale.Continuous improvement of internal controls, focusing on compliance with international financial regulations.Leadership in financial and non-financial communication with a diverse network of international investors and partners.Financial management of international development projects, including product launches and geographical expansion.Required Skills:Proven expertise in strategic financial management of a high-growth company, ideally in the FinTech sector.In-depth understanding of international financial issues.MA experience is particularly valued.Ability to influence and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and ability to inspire a team.Exceptional autonomy, rigor, and organization.Proactivity and innovative spirit.Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork in a multicultural context.
