Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in the use of technology applied to marketing. We are looking for a Martech Strategist to grow our martech stack practice. This role is for someone who is passionate about shifting the boundaries of marketing and technology with a holistic approach, focusing on marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence with cutting-edge technology and suppliers.
As an important member of the Marketing Services department, this role requires integrating strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategies, drive innovation, and achieve business results. The ideal candidate must understand not only the practical applications of marketing but also the technology we use to make it happen.
Success in this role will involve utilizing past experience to analyze business needs and partnering with Omega's business development, operations, and tech teams to design evolutive roadmaps that improve Customer Experience maturity for current and potential clients, with a consultancy and pre-sales approach.
Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, advise, and provide pre-sales of marketing and technology solutions to help Omega CRM clients evolve in their digital maturity and client relationships.Design an evolutionary roadmap to improve martech capabilities with business improvement objectives.Participate in collaboration proposals with potential clients, focusing on the design of solutions from a technical point of view with a business focus.Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) with the development of client capabilities.Participate in projects that define customer experience improvement strategies with a focus on Marketing Automation.Research and recommend new marketing technology products.Oversee training of marketing software and customer adoption.Guarantee integration of marketing technology products with non-marketing systems.Train and support marketing technology products.Understand marketing technology products integrations and building blocks.Serve as a super-user and product evangelist for the full stack of Martech products.Lead and inspire marketing tech initiatives throughout the company.Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights to clients or internal stakeholders.Accompany the marketing corporate team to marketing events, demos, and client locations.Deliver presentations and perform product demonstrations.Research market trends and associated technologies to identify impactful opportunities and trendy topics.
