.Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting.With offices in more than 70 cities across 30 countries, Oliver Wyman combines deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation.The firm has more than professionals around the world who work with clients to optimize their business, improve their operations and risk profile, and accelerate their organizational performance to seize the most attractive opportunities.Oliver Wyman's thought leadership is evident in our agenda-setting books, white papers, research reports, and articles in the business press.Our clients are the CEOs and executive teams of the top Global companies.The Opportunity:The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Iberia Marketing Manager, another Marketing Coordinator, the global Marketing team and the Partner and Consultant group across Spain & Portugal to support the development and implementation of marketing programs that raise Oliver Wyman's brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers.Key Responsibilities:Build the firm's local digital presence (website, Spanish microsite, social media etc.).Manage marketing campaign execution through target segmentation, list management and data analytics through the CRM system.Support the development and implementation of marketing events.Play a role in enhancing the local alumni program.Support specific projects related to local campaigns.Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives and provide appropriate reporting and status updates.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 3+ years proven experience in B2B marketing.Spanish or English native speaker/fluent in Spanish.Digital marketing savvy.Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.Strong communication and writing/editing skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and challenging international work environment.Ability to juggle competing tasks, priorities and manage own time.Self-starter who has an appetite for learning and ability to work with little guidance.Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven.Proficient in MS Office.Why join us at Oliver Wyman?At Oliver Wyman, we lead with heart - we love what we do and have fun while we do it!
