Your objectives will be to develop activities both in scale and profitability with a team that you will recruit and manage.
You will request the necessary assistance from Energy Pool support teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop a portfolio of prospects/customers based on Energy Pool's existing offers in Europe.Define new Energy Management offers adapted to the Spanish market.Monitor regulatory developments relating to access to the demand-side flexibility market by independent aggregators.Lobby the regulator CNMC and the transmission operator REE independently and/or in coordination with local trade associations.Explore local strategic partnerships to accelerate development.Qualifications:Indispensable:- You come from an engineering or business school with a strong appetite for technical/complex and commercial subjects.- You have a significant financial culture.- You have at least 10 years of experience in a management role within a fast-growing SME/ETI.- You are bilingual in Spanish and have a professional level of English and French (C1).Ideally:- You have experience in the energy sector and the decarbonization of processes.- You know the major energy players as well as the stakeholders (political, regulatory, etc.
