We promote the well-being of our employees through teleworking, local management, training, and autonomy.Role Overview:Within a rapidly growing group, Energy Pool is recruiting a Chief Development Officer to ensure the development of the company in Spain. Your objectives will be to develop activities both in scale and profitability with a team that you will recruit and manage. You will request the necessary assistance from Energy Pool support teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop a portfolio of prospects/customers based on Energy Pool's existing offers in Europe.Define new Energy Management offers adapted to the Spanish market.Monitor regulatory developments relating to access to the demand-side flexibility market by independent aggregators.Lobby the regulator CNMC and the transmission operator REE independently and/or in coordination with local trade associations.Explore local strategic partnerships to accelerate development.Qualifications:Indispensable:You come from an engineering or business school with a strong appetite for technical/complex and commercial subjects.You have a significant financial culture.You have at least 10 years of experience in a management role within a fast-growing SME/ETI.You are bilingual in Spanish and have a professional level of English and French (C1).Ideally:You have experience in the energy sector and the decarbonization of processes.You know the major energy players as well as the stakeholders (political, regulatory, etc.).Mobility: Travel will be frequent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
