We are the only company in the world with the expertise and resources to deliver global, end-to-end cyber risk management, supporting organizations through every step of their journey toward cyber resilience.Clients count on us for quick and expert support in the event of and in preparation against a cyber incident; from incident response to risk assessments, and complex forensics to breach notification and ID theft remediation we help clients - of all sizes - respond with confidence.RESPONSIBILITIESLead cyber risk assessments, incident response engagements, penetration testing and 'Red teams'Contribute to the growth of the Cyber practice, including the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to exceed the growth and revenue goals of the organizationManage complex client engagements with multiple components including risk assessments and forensic investigationsInfluence and collaborate with practitioners across all of Kroll on cross-functional practice/business collaboration effortsPartner with the sales team to develop and execute campaigns which drive revenue and increase market and consumer awareness for the overall suite of services offeredRepresent Kroll in speaking engagements, conventions, industry events and sound bites as requiredMentor and develop staff to ensure the execution of client objectives and deliverables.REQUIREMENTS10 + years of professional service leadership including expertise in the areas of cyber security and information risk assessmentExperience and content expertise in the cyber security/information security spaceProven track record of success in managing technical and analytical teams in a professional services environment.Has successfully worked with C-Level executives, chief compliance, risk and privacy officersDemonstrate exemplary written and oral communication skillsExperienced in contract preparation, review and executionExcellent relationship building skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility across the organizationStrong ability to influence across multiple business linesMust be flexible, enthusiastic and possess good human relations skills
