We're hiring for a CRM Manager as part of Merkle in Barcelona.
Job Description: The Role As a CRM Manager, you'll be the strategic partner our client's CRM Managers and Market Leads rely on. This exciting, client-facing role involves leading B2B digital delivery across Email, SMS, and Web channels.
Life as a CRM Manager at Merkle In this role, you'll be responsible for digital delivery and business processes, orchestrating success in the following areas:
Design Impactful Campaigns: offer practical advice regarding campaign lifecycle decisions for both peers/colleagues and clients.Keep a holistic view: on all journeys and activities in your markets and align the client's market stakeholders with Merkle's internal delivery team.Ensure Process Excellence: Ensure SLAs are met and rigour is maintained at all stages, from briefing accuracy to quality checking and execution.
