This involves designing courses, creating content, and revising it based on technological advancements and feedback. You'll lead the program from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with industry needs and our business objectives. Your work empowers customers with the knowledge for operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to our success.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Customized Training Program Development : Develop comprehensive training programs tailored specifically to the needs of aviation industry professionals, including pilots, flight dispatchers, and other operational staff.
