We opened our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa, with an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest around 500 million euros in Tortosa in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.
From the Human Resources department, we are looking for an HSE Manager for the Tortosa plant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:Lead activities that guarantee safety and health in plants.Joint prevention service.Health and safety committee.Audits.Prepare plant plans related to Health and Safety.Carry out the planning of preventive activity.Make the plant emergency plan.Carry out training planning in occupational risk prevention.Prepare the Department's annual budget based on the planned prevention plans.Management of the necessary documentation regarding risk prevention and occupational health.Development of standards and procedures regarding risk prevention and occupational health.Coordination and supervision of the activities of the personnel of your Department.Manage budget control of your department.Approval of your Department's purchases.Coordination of subcontracted companies.Maintenance and updating of management records and indicators of your department.Preparation of periodic reports on the department's activities.Design, document, and deliver training actions on occupational risk prevention.Manage purchase orders.Environment Area:Adaptation of facilities to environmental regulations.Obtaining Environmental Authorizations and other licenses.Preparation of environmental reports to be presented to the Administration.Monitoring and surveillance of the control parameters of the devices associated with the prevention and correction of pollution.Planning of regulatory inspections and evaluation of waste.Optimization of facilities.Study of improvements to reduce costs.Savings in waste treatment costs: negotiate with current suppliers, search for new suppliers, reduction of waste at source, synergies between group companies.Compliance with legionella prevention regulations.Monitoring of cooling water treatment to save water consumption.Monitoring daily analysis of water parameters in boilers.Supervise data processing for the calculation of CO2 emissions.Management of documentation related to GHGs.Maintain communication with the administration regarding data associated with GHGs.Completion of the Annual GHG Report.Management of radiological surveillance of X-ray equipment and radioactive Cesium source.Monthly dosimetry submission.Annual facility report.
