Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.About the Role:The Marketing Analytics Specialist will provide both strategic and day-to-day marketing analytics support to the EMEA Marketing organization so they can have the right insights and make better decisions that have the right return on investment.In this position, your responsibilities will be:Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis.Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.Standard reporting update and maintenance.Support the generation of Customer insights providing data analytics and reporting.Support Divisional stakeholders develop ad-hoc dashboards/analysis.Support the definition of KPI strategy.What are we looking for in you:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, Mathematics or related fields and 4+ years of analytics experience.Experience with omnichannel digital marketing campaigns would be a plus.Experience with Salesforce Community, Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud.Data visualization expertise, preferably with Tableau.Proven experience working with and presenting to peers and managers.Ability to work on multiple concurrent initiatives and projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Requisition ID: 555197Job Segment: Data Analyst, Database, Analytics, Business Manager, Data, Technology, Management, Marketing#J-18808-Ljbffr
