What you'll be doing:Planning, developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our local artists.Building strong relationships with artist managers, artists and media partners (Radio, TV, press, magazines).Creation of innovative, data-based marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Streaming, and Sales teams.Close collaboration with internal and external partners (A&R, Supply Chain, Sales, agencies, and promoters).Continuous analysis, further development and evaluation of campaigns.Providing frequent and relevant reporting to colleagues, artist managers and campaign partners.What you bring:Excellent digital and conventional marketing skills with a willingness to implement innovative and creative approaches.In-depth knowledge of the music business, popular artists and relevant industry stakeholders (agencies, promoters, DSPs).Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines.Proven experience in managing projects/budgets with a high level of analytical skills.Strong communication skills; confident in building collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Tech savvy and up to date with the latest trends and digital advances, especially in the digital music landscape.Keen to attend and support promo actions and scouting, outside of office working hours.Proven track record for excellent attention to detail.Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).What we offer:A modern office in the heart of Madrid and flexible options for remote work.Numerous benefits such as private medical insurance, restaurant meal vouchers, discounts for Bertelsmann employees.Ongoing training opportunities on our internal platforms BMG Campus and Bertelsmann University.Long-term career opportunities for all employees.A collaborative work environment with an open, appreciative community of people who share the same passion for working with artists and songwriters.Our unique corporate culture based on strong values and mutual support that make us a great team.BMG is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and we celebrate diversity in all forms.
