Working with Verisure is being part of an industry-leading, world-class company that thrives on a strong entrepreneurial spirit.About the role:In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating and coordinating the monthly Nordic financial report and creating follow-up dashboards to ensure financial integrity in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will lead transversal projects from a Finance perspective, driving transformation across the Nordics. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all financial planning processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and coordinating the implementation of the Financial Planning and Governance (FPG) framework across the region. Identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability through in-depth business model analysis. Provide critical business control support, monitor performance, and identify and address deviations. Consolidate results across the cluster and lead the tracking and analysis of key business performance indicators. Prepare insightful presentations for senior management and shareholders, detailing company performance and strategic direction. Possible locations: Madrid, Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Oslo.About you:We're looking for a self-driven individual with strong analytical skills—a proactive achiever known for quickly building credibility with stakeholders. You excel in communication and are skilled at cultivating relationships across diverse cultures. Your background includes navigating complex organizations, managing multiple projects and priorities, collaborating with remote teams, and sharing best practices. You prefer team-oriented environments and provide valuable support to business leaders, offering insights that enhance business value. You thrive in organizations focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making. 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate/strategic finance, preferably FP&A.
