Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years experience in product or program management, management consulting, business development, technology, retail or e-commerce in an international, fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in taking ownership, driving results, and moving with speed and decisiveness to implement ideas.
Demonstrated success partnering with diverse teams and managing different stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority.
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
Self-starter who is customer obsessed and an enthusiastic team player.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Amazon's Home Innovation Program is seeking a Product Manager who loves to innovate and create best-in-class customer experiences for customers to discover and shop home furnishings online. In this role, your goal will be to identify opportunities and drive end-to-end execution in programs that will help customers to discover relevant products and make more informed purchase decisions.
You will be responsible for innovating on behalf of our customers in the areas of Detail Page experience, Machine Learning (ML) Discovery and Data Quality, working closely with our global partners to drive EU go-to-market strategy in purchase consideration and product discovery roadmaps. As a global PM, you will ensure the requirements of all the locales are considered, and the successful extension of any innovation at EU & WW level.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead EU go-to-market for Detail Page customer experience and Machine Learning Discovery programs.
Actively engage with EU business partners to drive selling partner awareness, improve the product listing experience for Home vendors/sellers and scale the impact of CX improvements.
Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments, running experiments on our website and raising the bar for our customers.
Build and manage relationships with partner and central teams.
Create product requirements and vision, working backwards from customers' needs, and translate these into product and feature roadmap.
Define the mid and long-term vision and product strategy, in alignment with key stakeholders.

EU Home Innovation Program (HIP) has the vision to create the Home shopping experience that customers trust and enjoy for their home furnishings wants, needs, and interests. HIP does so as owner of the pre-purchase Home/Furniture CX in EU across the Discovery, Assessment, and Consideration stages of the shopping journey. We work in a federated model with partners in US and India, as a global organisation that scales new experiences across regions.
