We are thrilled to have more than 23 nationalities working together and very proud to see that our products and services are enjoyed by millions of users monthly around the globe.How will you make a difference?Leads and Develops Designers: Provides mentorship, coaching, and encourages skill development to build a strong design team.Cultivates Positive Team Environment: Creates a supportive atmosphere by fostering communication, setting goals, and advocating for designers.Optimizes Design Workflow: Integrates UX, UI, and development teams, manages resources, and experiments with new methodologies for efficient and high-quality design.Bridges Communication Gap: Represents the design team, communicates processes, and gathers feedback to ensure smooth collaboration across departments.Iterative Design Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, iterate based on feedback, and prototype designs to test and validate usability.Visual Communication Design Systems: Develop visually appealing and consistent interfaces that adhere to design principles and style guides.Collaboration Communication: Effectively collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, clearly communicate design decisions, and present design work to various audiences.Process Optimization Measurement: Track progress, measure success through user feedback and data analysis, and continuously refine the design process for efficiency and effectiveness.RequirementsWhat will make you stand out from the crowd:5+ years of experience in product design2+ years of experience in a team lead roleStrong understanding of design principles, user experience design, and developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor and coach other designersPassion for helping others grow and developExperience with design team development methodologies and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamYour team: We're team-first.
