.About this opportunity: Based within the Service Area Network Design and Optimization (SA NDO), Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) is a highly qualified global service delivery team located in several countries. You will be working at the groundbreaking of technology (5G, ML/AI, Cloud-RAN) and will be involved in projects with many diverse customers around the world. In this role, you will be a specialist and a go-to person in the field of Network Design and Optimization. Are you in?What you will do: Deliver services and support presales in the area of NDO.Point and guide discussions with Customers (Technical Staff and Senior Management), understand customer requirements.Propose solutions, develop and present technical presentations and proposals.Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.Provide ideas and suggestions to Product Management to further improve/add/modify existing offerings within the NDO portfolio.Manage customer expectations, implementation of customer solutions within agreed time, scope and cost.You will bring: Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in service delivery and pre-sales.Expertise in one or more of the following areas: 5G, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) applied to NDO services, Cloud-RAN.End to End knowledge of services, covering devices, RAN, Transport and Packet Core domains.Deep technical knowledge in RAN (the needed skills to be capable of finding solutions to tackle issues) & deep data analytics knowledge (statistical tools, methods/processes to analyze and correlate data).Ability to understand customers business objectives and be able to link them to improvements in Network Performance and End User Experience.Ability to communicate, eloquent, present and influence the C-Level (CTO, CEO) by knowing the impact of any action/service on their business.Additional Requirements: Developing Others & Sharing Knowledge.Standout colleague but also proven ability to be self-motivated, show initiative and capability to work in challenging circumstances and learn independently.Result-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Customer care and high concern for quality is required.Knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters would be an advantage.Location & Travelling: The position is based in Spain.
