TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids. You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we ´re currently looking for a full-time Support Services Coordinator, Global Member Services EU based in our Barcelona office.How Do You Fit In?The EU Coordinator Support Services is critical to the success of the organization and key executor of driving action plans to meet and/or exceed Global Member Services and TechStyle objectives as well as exceeding our Member expectations. The EU Coordinator Support Services will be acting as a liaison between the European Member Services organization, the EU Finance team, The Supply Chain team and the EU legal team, located across the TechStyle EU offices in Barcelona, Berlin, and London. This position will ensure that our current and future support service partners are as efficient and effective as possible to achieve a best possible result at an optimal cost.Optimizing the collaboration and communication between Global Member Services and the partners providing service outside of the main call center business and linked to the mentioned departments is core to the EU Coordinator Support Services. This position will be reporting to the Manager EU Communications & Support Services.Responsibilities:Oversees GMS support functions on an operational level.Be the liaison between Supply Chain and GMS EU.Facilitating as contact point for agents and warehouse team requests.Be the contact to all carriers.Liaison between GMS and EU legal.Supports with preparation of paperwork for legal cases in communication with state authorities, consumer agencies, and private entities in German language.Tier 2 team management and handling their requests and questions in cooperation with Back Office EU.Required Skills:A minimum of 3 year experience in a commercial position, with experience in a customer centric environment.Ecommerce experience; experience in handling inquiries around a subscription model.Demonstrated experience, and comfort with, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and brands while delivering an intuitive solution.Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee and manage a granular multi-task workload.Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/clients
