SENIOR TALENT ENGAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Key Tasks:
Attend briefing meetings with business leaders/hiring managers
Drive proactive multi-channel talent engagement using LinkedIn, CRM and other online/offline sources (User Groups, Networks, Conferences etc.)
Identify best sources of talent and contribute to organization talent engagement strategy
Uncover alternative sources of talent: organizations and individuals
Engage with external talents in career conversations: ascertain level of interest, preferences and awareness of SAP as potential employer
Drive continuous talent engagement using brand content & personalized communication to continuously engage & nurture talent to SAP
Actively partner with TA on talent communities building in order to maintain solid conversion rates
Compile project insights related to talents, competitors and skillsets by leveraging various tools (LinkedIn Insights, Glassdoor, Kununu, etc.)
Work Experience:
5+ years' experience in Sourcing, Recruitment and Talent Engagement in IT
Very good understanding of IT industry trends and key players
General knowledge of HR systems and processes and their relation to the recruiting process is essential
Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory
