Job Summary
Develops, manages, and maintains assigned global customer accounts.
Job Requirements
Nurtures existing global accounts, maintains contact, and responds to client requests; develops thorough profile of client needs.
Monitors account trends, profitability, and customer satisfaction; takes action to correct problems and increase customer loyalty and profitability.
Generates timely product sales reports and action plans; monitors competitive arena; identifies and develops new accounts.
Manages the budget and sales, marketing, and support activities and staff in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Education
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
