Shape your career with us.We're looking for a Global Project Manager - to help us take our internal IT team to the next level on an international scale. You will lead global projects that are exciting, complex and of a varied nature.You will lead a virtual team per project and will have to inspire people to deliver against competing priorities and changing landscapes. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will be the key to your success in delivering projects. We are a team of 11,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.What you will be doing:You will be responsible for delivering Projects on agreed time, budget and scope.You will be responsible for stakeholder analysis and management as well as communicating on time and effectively to all relevant parties in your project.You will deliver key project documentation as part of your communication toolset as well as lead project, stakeholder and technical meetings as part of your delivery strategy.You will collaborate with different teams with different competencies across different disciplines.You will be giving structure and collaboration to the teams you work with.You will create roadmaps together with the rest of the PMO in order to deliver company strategy and deliverables.You will deliver projects within a team that is open, is built on trust and delivers with collaboration and enthusiasm.Your profile:You have experience in delivering projects successfully in different disciplines in IT;You are a master of managing multiple projects at once and already had the chance to oversee bigger budgets;You understand Agile concepts, OKR and preferably already had a chance to work with ITIL;You have knowledge of various project delivery tools;You are experienced with working in larger tech companies;You have a relevant tertiary education that supports you in delivering key projects;You have the ability to influence, coach and guide through situational leadership;You can deliver projects using both Agile and waterfall philosophies where required;Your ability to facilitate, manage difficult scenarios and ability to focus on high level as well as detailed in your projects are required.What we will give you:Competitive compensation and benefitsContributing to the global OLX Group.Work with an international team of top engineers learning from one another.Any tool you might need (mobile phone, MacBook Pro, pc).What you need to know about us:We're a global product and tech group. 17 brands. 40 countries. 11000 people.
